How much it will cost me if you find what is wrong with my computer?
Nothing. Free diagnostic. We investigate your computer and inform you about the faults.
Will I know in advance how much it will cost?
Yes. After the free diagnostic we will explain you what has to be done, how much it will cost and how long it will take.
How long does it take to repair?
Our goal is within a day. However if parts have been orderd we aim 24 hours after receiving the parts.
Can I come and drop my item to you?
Yes but only after you made an appointment. It is easier for us to come and collect items from you and is free for you.
How much does it cost for a usual computer or laptop repair?
If parts are not ordered most of the repairs would be under £40. Please see our price list.
What would be the price for more than one service on the list ? Is there a discount for more services?
If you require more than one service we will give you a customized quote which will be below the sum of the services on the pricelist. Yes you can call it as a discount.
What if you can not repair my item?
No fix no fee. We will not charge you if we can't fix your item.
Do the prices include any parts?
No. Prices do not include any parts unless is stipulated so.
Can I decide from were to buy parts or components?
Yes. You can choose you own suplier or you can order parts and components yourself.
